Product Description

S-73 is a single-component, high-performance modified polyester resin conformal coating (three-proof paint) designed for long-term reliable protection of electronic circuit boards and components. It is a solvent-based coating that cures rapidly at room temperature or by heating, supporting spraying, brushing, and dip coating processes with excellent wetting and film-forming performance. This product features UV fluorescent indicator for easy inspection of missing coating areas, and is formulated without aromatic hydrocarbons, fully compliant with RoHS, REACH, and IEC 61249-2-21 environmental standards. It provides outstanding moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, salt spray resistance, anti-vibration, thermal shock resistance and electrical insulation properties, with a wide operating temperature range from -50℃ to 130℃. It delivers strong adhesion, good flexibility, and long-term anti-aging performance, effectively protecting PCBs, IC chips and electronic assemblies from harsh environments such as humidity, salt spray, dust, chemicals and extreme temperatures.
