Product Description

PCB conformal coating APS S60 is a one-component flexible acrylic coating, featuring phosphor, medium viscosity, air-drying or heat-curing properties. It can be applied by spraying, impregnation, brushing or flow coating, providing excellent moisture-proof, dust-proof, shock-proof, weather-resistant and insulating performance for printed circuit components.

NOTICE AND USAGE                                                         

 

1: Cleanliness of the substrate is of extreme importance for the successful application of a 

    conformal coating. Surfaces must be free of moisture, dirt, wax, grease and all other 

    contaminants. Contamination under the coating will cause problems that may lead to assembly

    failures.

2: Please sealed the cup well after use.

3: Mainly suitable for brushing and dipping, also could be add the thinning agent to achieve the

    spraying.

4: If there have some cured skinning on the surface, remove it and the liquid could be normal use

    continued.

5: Please operated the product in a ventilation environment, open flames prohibited.
