Product Description

Transparent and flexible, non-yellowing polyurethane doming kits, including the manual glue gun, doming resin with AB tube package and mixing tube, enough attachments for the whole doming process. Easy operate, excellent doming quality, weather and yellow resistant property, form a bright crystal clear and smooth flexible surface after cured. It is widely used in doming, casting, potting, and non-yellowing coating and so on.

OPERATION DETAILS                                                          

1. Pre-Processingthe base material which need to doming/potting/coating: put it into the 60°C oven to remove the moisture on the surface.
2. Assemble the manual glue gun, connect the AB tube package resin and mixing tube, prepare for the doming operation.
3. Doming: the assembly kits is enough for the whole doming, the usual thickness is about 2mm. After applying the resin, wait a few minutes and then carefully examine the domed article. If you notice small bubbles, you can use the needle tip to remove the small bubbles.
4. Please pay attention to the pot life, the mixture in the mixing tube should be use up within the pot life.
5. Curing condition and time: 50°C×2.5h or 55°C×2h or 60°C×1.5h.
6. During curing, please keep the environments cleaning to avoid the dirt dropping into the uncured glue.
7. Please control the humidity of the operating environment, and please take the basic protective measures when operation.
