AC 50 is a single-component, low-viscosity thread adhesive that exhibits excellent bonding performance for both metals and plastics. This product features durable vibration and impact resistance, superior waterproof sealing, and electrical insulation properties. It is widely used for screw sealing in electronic circuit boards and casings, securing adjustable components in electronic devices, and waterproof sealing of cassette heads, magnetic head screws, and cotter pins.

Process 
Cleaning: Before applying the adhesive, the surface of the object to be bonded must be de-oiled, de-rusted, cleaned and completely dried. 
Gluing: Simple equipment such as a pointed glue bottle, glue gun or dotting machine can be used for gluing. 
Curing: After sizing, it can be cured at room temperature, with initial curing in 30 minutes and maximum strength after 24 hours.
