Product Description

Thermal conductive pads are made of silicone rubber with thermal conductive fillers. They have excellent elasticity and temperature resistance. The working temperature range is usually from -60 °C to 200°C, and the thermal conductivity is generally between 1 and 15W/m · K. They are suitable for consumer electronic products such as smart phones and laptops.

Filling gaps: In electronic devices, there are air gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks or metal bases. Thermal conductive pads are flexible and elastic, which can fill these gaps, reduce air thermal resistance, and enable heat to be conducted more efficiently.
Heat conduction: Quickly conduct the heat generated by the heat-generating components in electronic devices to heat sinks or metal casings and other heat dissipation parts, and then these heat dissipation parts release the heat to the surrounding environment to prevent the components from overheating.
Buffer protection: It can absorb the vibration and shock generated during the operation of the equipment, provide mechanical protection for electronic components, and prevent component damage caused by mechanical stress.
