INTRODUCTION                                                             

 

SC-8501 is two part, additional type, flame retardant and thermal conductive silicone potting
compound. It could be cured in room temperature also the heat condition.After cure, it is
repairable and insulating, main feature as follow. It is widely used in the potting/protect
application, ordinary electronic parts and components, network transformer, circuit board, power
module, like the automobile HID lamp power module,automobile ignition system power module and so on.

Excellent thermal resistant and aging resistant property.

Excellent water-proof and moisture proof property.

Maintain good flexibility in large temperature range.

 

Special benefit:  Flame retardant level: UL 94-V0; 

                             Thermal conductivity: ≥0.6W/(m*K).

USAGE                                                                            

1. Keep the goods which wants to pot dry and cleaning.

2. Before use, stir the part A and part B fully respectively.

3. Please take as ratio and make sure for the weigh accurately. The glue should be stirred fully after the Part A and Part B mixed (suggest to the vacuum de-foaming after mixing).

4. Please use promptly after the glue has been stirred fully, and use up the mixed glue in operational time.

5. After encapsulated, the glue will gradually infiltrate to the gaps, so you can encapsulate once time if necessary.

6. During curing, please keep the environments cleaning to avoid the dirt dropping into the uncured glue.
