Product Description

UV346 is one component, requires no mixing, optical clear and medium viscosity liquid, no solvent and no volatiles. It cured at 365nm (main wavelength) with a smooth surface.
Extremely high curing efficiency: Curing can be completed within a few seconds to tens of seconds under ultraviolet irradiation. Some products also support a dual mechanism of UV initial curing and heating deep curing, which can not only adapt to automated production lines to improve efficiency, but also solve the curing problems of complex structures and reduce defective products such as product misalignment caused by un-dried colloid. Strong bonding and environmental adaptability: It can firmly bond various materials such as glass, PC, PMMA and other plastics, metals, ceramics, etc., and also meet the composite bonding requirements between different materials. After curing, it has excellent weather resistance. Some products can withstand high and low temperature cycles ranging from -40 to 180ºC, and can also resist damp heat, chemical corrosion and long-term ultraviolet radiation. It is suitable for harsh environments such as outdoor and industrial ones. Environmentally friendly and easy to operate: Mostly single-component solvent-free designs, with almost no VOC emissions. There is no odor during curing, which complies with environmental protection regulations and can also improve the working environment. The operation does not require complex equipment. After dispensing, it can be cured by irradiating with a UV lamp. It is suitable for both large-scale production and small-scale processing or on-site maintenance. Moreover, local curing can be achieved through a mask to avoid affecting non-bonding areas.
