Product Description

HQ-110 is a one-component, white paste, alcohol-removing, room temperature vulcanizing, bonding and sealing silicone rubber. HQ-110 has moderate viscosity and good extrudability. It has excellent non-corrosive adhesion to metals, plastics, ceramics, glass, etc., and no primer is required.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE                                                         

 

For best performance bond surfaces should be clean and free from grease

Full performance properties will develop over 72 hours

Moisture curing begins immediately after the product is exposed to the atmosphere, therefore parts to be assembled should be mated within a few minutes after the product is dispensed

Excess material can be easily wiped away with non-polar solvents

 

STORAGE                                                                         

 

Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.

Optimal Storage: 10°C to 25°C.

Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use.

Do not return product to the original container.

Shelf life: 9 months.
