SC-8501 is a two-component, low viscosity, gray thermal conductive and flame retardant addition type silicone potting compound with excellent fluidity and easy operation. It can be cured at room temperature or by heating, and after curing, it forms a high-performance silicone rubber with outstanding thermal stability, excellent electrical insulation, good waterproof and moisture-proof performance, and strong aging resistance. The cured rubber maintains good elasticity in a wide temperature range and has good repairability, providing reliable encapsulation and protection for various electronic components and electrical equipment.
